Hi ,
I鈥檓 just wondering if anyone knows any directories, sites or surgeons institutions whereby I can search for paediatric surgeons across Portugal?

I'm sorry, but I don't understand your question. Paediatric surgeons work in public hospitals and private hospitals.

EG. In Lisbon, you have an excellent public hospital for children and adolescents: Hospital D. Estef芒nia.

Thanks for your response. I鈥檇 like to begin by choosing the surgeon as opposed to the hospital.

Im trying to find a directory or association listing all the paediatric surgeons in the country. I would then look at all the surgeons available, do my research and pick the best surgeon.

I鈥檓 selecting the surgeon by searching for the professional as opposed to going with whatever X hospital has.

Is there an association to which paediatric surgeons must subscribe to?

After picking my surgeon I would know which hospital to go to.

Here you have the possibility of doing this research on the site of the Portuguese Medical Association (Ordem dos M茅dicos).

But each search only gives you a maximum of 10 doctors ...

ESPECIALIDADES = PEDIATRIA, NEUROLOGIA,NEUROPEDIATRIA,...
SEC脟脙O聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 = Norte, Centro, Sul

If you know part of the name of the doctor you are looking for, it may be useful to limit the search to less than 10 results...

The more fields you fill in, the more refined your search will be.
In your case, perhaps it is:聽 Especialidade = NEUROLOGIA or NEUROPEDIATRIA.

Details about each doctor you will have to ask the Ordem dos M茅dicos. A doctor may work in several hospitals, public and private... I don't know if it helps ..
