Hi every body

Can somebody Help me to answer me about my 5 years residency card, I got that card when I married with a Romanian girl, she leave me to find job in another country ( long History ) anyway we divorce by the way...聽聽& I leave Bucharest & back to my country for 3 years, now my card just have 6 month to Expiration date.

Is that anyway to change that again to another card for 5 or 10 years?

You can not extend it,聽 because you are not entitled anymore to stay in Romania.
You are not a family member anymore of Romanian citizen.

Even you still a family member of Romanian citizen, the authorities in Romania would not issue you a new residency card. This is because you have spent 3 years outside the territory of Romania !!

I can confirm Jalyoka's answer as correct.聽 The answer is no.聽 I suppose you'll have to find another Romanian girl to marry聽
