Romanian girl marrying Indian man in India

Hello! I am Romanian girl and I鈥檝e been living and working in UK for 4 years now. My boyfriend is Indian and living in India and we wish to get married in India. We are together for more than 2 years and I鈥檝e been traveling to India from UK with tourist visa to see him. About the marriage
1. We want to get married in India so that I can get PIO card and not need a visa to live there
2. What documents do I need from Romania in order to get married, I鈥檝e heard of certificate of celibate or something like that
3. I am currently in UK and don鈥檛 wish to go Romania to get whatever docs needed, may I give power of attorney to someone else to get these documents for me ?
4. What do I need to do , what is exactly the process and how long it takes

I really have no idea how to get it done so please can someone who has been in this situation or who has knowledge about it , guide me !?

I would contact the nearest Romanian Embassy for information,advice and forms.

The form you are asking about would more than likely be a form to show you are not married, or if you were previously married and divorced.
