Monthly grocery costs

Hi,

How much would a couple expect to pay each month for their normal grocery costs in Moscow. We do not smoke or drink, live or steak or expensive meats.

Just a rough estimate would be appreciated.

Hello friend.

There is this application called Yandex Food (Russian: 携薪写械泻褋.袝写邪). This application provides you all the supermarkets in Moscow with the prices and pictures. The most trustworthy way of finding out the actual living costs is going on this application, because it is what Russians use for their grocery supplies.
The minimum estimation would be around 2000 rubles per each person, but normally Russians spend up to 5000 a month.
