Slovenia taxation for sole proprietor (s.p.)

Hello!

I'm considering moving to Slovenia but I have hard time to determine the taxation and social rates system.

I'm an s.p. in Ukraine and have a contract with non EU company (software-developer consultant) and have an annual income of about 48 000 USD.

What taxes and social contributions I have to pay if I register as the s.p. in Slovenia?

The best is if you ask SPOT point (google register SP in Slovenia), they help with registration of SP in Slovenia. I think you will have to close the one in Ukraine聽 and open a new one here. But on what reason you are moving to Slovenia? For work no as you will not work for our company. So there is no legal reason they will give you residency.
