Not sure if this will apply to all of Spain, but it probably does,

One does not get the payment form from the polce any more, it must be downloaded from the internet at聽聽聽

For those who do not speak Spanish,聽聽this is my explanation of what the form means聽 Click in the box you are selecting.

(If the form does not print, 3 copies plus an information sheet, check to see if you have missed an item marked with an聽聽*)
