We are two partner from India looking opportunities to invest in properties in Barcelona,聽 is there anybody who knows the norms &聽 guidelines of govt聽 for a foreigner , we have planned to invest in properties to rent out them .

My real estate agent, Federico Ruis, is one of the most knowledgeable agents I have seen, he was my agent when I bought my home in Spain 6 years ago.聽 He helped me open a bank account, introduced me to the director of the bank personally for a loan and also went with me for my NIE ID number.聽 If interested, message me and I will give you his contact information.聽 He is a hard working, honest guy who I will continue to buy property from.
