@Chaudhry Waqas now a days getting travel permit is much difficult from Pakistan embassy. it's better to get his passport and then open the file in NPRA and get him moved outside of Bahrain.聽 My 2 months old baby just travelled outside of Pakistan on 14 December.

No you cannot, you will need a passport or a travel document allowing you to travel out with a child.
