Employment can I leave my job ?

Hello goodday!

Anyone could help or answer about this situation.


I am a domestic helper in jordan but now due to my employer transfer in bahrain I am here now in bahrain.


1.Can I leave my employer even if my 2 year contract is not finish ?

2.Can I leave bahrain without informing my employer?

3.Is the contract still valid?

1) Yes. Leave means resign i.e.聽 you want to leave Bahrain and not transfer locally

2) Yes if you have your passport

3) If they got you a maid visa then yes you are under contract.聽 Otherwise, the Jordan contract does not apply聽

Then you are not bound to your employer in any shape or form.聽 And if you have your passport, you can just leave.
