Knowing more about Bahrain medical

Greetings everyone in the house. Please help a friend of mine. He went for medical and it's been over a week now but he's still waiting for the results. When ever he calls the hospital for verification, they says the results is with the ministry of health. please how long will it take for the results to be available ?
