Pregnant in bahrain but wanted to get married

Hello! I am 6 weeks pregnant right now and i am engaged, i am asian and engaged with american, however we just found out that i am pregnant so we are looking right now here in bahrain how we are going to get married, but the requirements will take time it will take atleast 6 months.

Does any one of you has an idea what we can do? And we prefer to get married here.
