Thats a Grey area.  If you are doing a visa medical, the hospital won't mark you as fit. And then it requires engagement with MOH for an exception which may or may not be given.  Usually not.  On normal testing outside of visa medical, I don't think they bother as much.  Only bother for hep, hiv and TB.
