Hi

I have worked more than 15 years in UAE聽 retired in 2018 still have a valid residency under investor category.My question are the following for applying Bahrain retirement visa

Do I need good conduct certificate from UAE
I have large balance in my saving account in UAE [ mostly funds are from rental聽 yearly income
Will that聽 six month聽 copy of statement would suffice?
Do I need attested bank statement聽 from UAE bank or copy from internet will do
Do I still need BD 5,000聽 deposit certificate聽 copy for my application submission

Does Bahrain Government allows having UAE residency as well while applying for Bahrain retiree visa . What I meant 2 residency UAE and Bahrain together is acceptable.

Once聽 retiree Bahrain visa is approved can stay outside Bahrain over year any restrictions?

Since I聽 live abroad once Bahrain resident visa is approved how long is valid to get the formalities and I need to visit Bahrain to do them.

First, go here and read this sticky:

Then:

1) You need good conduct certificate from UAE
2) Not just statement, you would need to show rental agreements which wwould constitute proof of income
3) Copy will do
4) No deposit required. The requirements have changed

And you WILL need a copy of tenancy agreement in Bahrain.

You can apply from abroad but you would need to come to Bahrain to get the visa stamped.聽 It takes anywhere from 2 months to a year to get this visa; depending on your luck.

I don鈥檛 live聽 here in聽 Bahrain am visiting I don鈥檛 have a tenancy contract . The reason want to get a retiree visa if approved my wife will buy a property in Bahrain . We just want live few months and the rest abroad .

Further any restrictions to stay outside Bahrain holding a retiree Bahrain visa . UAE allows resident to live abroad not more the 360 days .

How we can pass without tenancy contract since we reside abroad

You don't need retiree visa to buy property. My suggestion is to buy property and apply for self sponsorship visa on basis of that. And as far as I know, there are no restrictions.

If the house is in my wife聽 who is Bahraini National that would be acceptable for my application in the absence of tenancy contract ?

Well it should work for retiree visa.聽 But if your wife is a national, why go through this hassle and just have her sponsor you for a normal visa.

You said wife Bahrain can sponsor husband , but she does not work and till last time in 2018 when we visited immigration Bahrain they told wife can not sponsor foreign husband . The laws has changed . If yes what documents we need to process and who we should聽 we approach for my Bahrain visa ?

Oh she is not employed?聽 then she can't sponsor non-Bahraini husband as per standard process.聽 It might be allowed if you have connections.

I Did聽 not get a response if the property is in the name of my wife then that can be used instead of tenancy contract for Bahrain while applying for my resident visa ?

I sent querry today and pasting the same here too.Hope you may guide me.

I am expat worked for 22 years and obtained self sponsorship immediately after retirement in 2018. My Identity card (CPR ) expires now after seven months. So how the CPR which is not LMRA but NPRA be renewed now.
