Paying my loan in my home country

Hi good day!
Can anyone enlighten me on this.
I have a loan and the remaining balance is less than 3k i have a settlement of 1k only from the company and isnt enough to pay the balance. But im willing to pay all my loan but i want to do it in my home country. Is it possible ? Please give advice. Respect post. Thank you
