Please let me know if we apply for evisa or business sponsor visa is that possible to convert the same to work visa in Bahrain.

Both possible.聽 Only issues are with tourist evisa nowadays.

Application must be paid with at least 6-7 working days remaining in visa validity.聽聽But now with Covid and additional requirements, get someone on a 1 month visa and immediately file application to have a chance of it getting done.

It means that try to get a visa for the longest period of stay to allow time for the process to complete.

My work visa was applied 8 weeks ago and still, visa has not been issued. The colleagues who got their visa applied before me and still on the status of employment Visa in Progress. So I am not sure how much total time it takes to have the process completed. Too many variables are unknown nowadays.
