Pregnant trying to get married here in Bahrain

Hi, my fianc茅 and I was supposed to get married last year but due to COVID-19 it was delayed.
The problem is we have been trying for baby and just recently found out that we are having baby after all the doctors help.

I look online and about all the info for marriage here but just worried about Pre-marital marriage check up. Will there be any problem if you are pregnant if you do the test?
Hoping I could get clear answer for this.

Delivery is the issue.聽 Checks and tests, no.

So you mean it鈥檚 ok to get the pre-marital test even when you are pregnant.

But why would it be problem for delivery of the baby when you are married already?
