I am moving to amman from usa, any female there who can give me some direction to where to stay and how to manage the first few days
i will be looking for an apartment in a nice, safe area to receive my furniture. any advise?

Depends all about your budget and your purpose of your staying.
If its for a job I can imagine that you want to live as much as possible close to your work.

First You are welcome in Jordan .don't worry am man is a safe area . I advice you to rent聽 a flat in awebedh street it's too quiet and you can find a lot of foreign people there
And if you need聽 a help I will be available .I like to know new people
