1) More family time. But if you are single and haven't join any social group (like me), this place is just like a hell.
2) Small county - Easy to go anywhere.
3) Medical system is good.
4) Kuwaiti is nice and friendly. If you find they are not that friendly, it is actually their english is not good, so it will be hard for them to start a conversation.
5) Last but not least, money.
