9000 is good money, your marginal propensity to save depends on your propensity to consume. Yes you are a bachelor but u have to consider other costs.How deep you dig through your pockets for luxuries and essentials.you can find accommodation as cheaper as 150 (depending on your desires).check through the housing section 2 for various offers. But its better to find something within the proximity of your work place
