Hello- you need to check with them what it means.
You will probably spending OMR 200 on food.
Reasonable accomodation will cost you anything between 300 to 400 OMR per month since you are single. Furnished accomodations are also available. If you are planning to stay for more than a year - makes sense to furnish on your own (excluding the A/c's - try getting accomodation with landlord fitted a/c's) and you may buy second hand furniture from expats who are living Muscat at reasonable price.
This will save you some money.
