Lol, old post but I鈥檇 say that鈥檚 a hard no. In general I鈥檝e seen very few Asians in the West Bank and I鈥檇 be incredibly leery of racism against your wife all over the Middle East. There are Filipino communities in the Gulf where she鈥檇 likely find friends to feel more at home, but she would still face a lot of racism from the Arab population. The Middle East as a whole is incredibly prone to stereotyping people based on their nationality and ethnicity, and Palestine would be a particularly brutal place to move as a Filipino.
