Medical revisit for qatar qvc pakistan

I have QVC medical on 20 Sep 2024 after one day i have been called for revisit for remedical on 15 Oct 2024.

First question why 25 days for revisit ? its a huge gap !

Second question is after enquire on helpline qvc told me its related to take blood samples again / lab test. But i did my blood test from outside labs all are okay just my sugar level are pre diabiatic. is this a big concern ?
