Bank Loan Recovery in Ksa after exiting

I am already exit from KSA two years before as the company terminated me. At that time i have a load with SAMBA Bank and the company overlooked this repayment and sent me on exit.
Still the loan was unpaid. My ESB was not paid to bank and retained by the company. In this situation I am frequently receiving calls and mails to repay the loan from the local india Mobile numbers as they are from SAMBA bank.
Is there any such arrangements might have made by SAMBA...
What is the current recovery system.?

Banks routinely hand over debts to recovery agencies who get a %age of whatever they collect.聽 Or they sell the debts to factors who then turn it over to recovery agencies.聽 Most recovery agencies nowadays operate in multiple countries.聽 So the guy calling you in India is NOT from Samba bank but is probably from the recovery agency they handed the debt to.

They will routinely pester you but they can't do anything to you legally inside India.

Agree that with them.

If they don't pay, file a labour case using a lawyer.

No other way.
