3000 Challan for crossing yellow signal

Dear All,


Kindly help me in this regard

i have cross yellow signal later it got red and i got flash from seher camera.

the picture shared by absher shows that red light time was 0.81 sec which means less that a second to conclude we can say car back portion was in red area which means i have cross zebra line before it turn red


for which i raise a dispute and they rejected


now i want to visit moroor office for discussing same


i heard in some cases 3000 SAR is reduced to 150 SAR


if you have faced this earlier kindly suggest how to exempt this challan or reduce it to 150

The point is simple.聽 You are supposed to slow down at yellow light.聽 The fact that you were halfway doesn't matter - you crossed on red.


They generally only waive fines where you didn't cross e.g. you stopped but crossed the stop line and the camera took a picture when you were actually stopped.........and not crossing.
