Dear all,

I joined a company from my country 2 years ago and my contract period is 2 years. Now in march my 2 years contract is going to be finish.i want to change my company and i dnt any contact in qiwa..what is the procesa for transfer?i heard if i make a request for transfer my current compny will give me final exit. So kindly tell me process how can i change compny legally

If you are on a company visa whether your contract ends or not, the company will not allow you to transfer but will issue you a final exit visa. The only solution is to negotiate with your company.

If you don't have any contract you can accept a new contract and serve 90 days notice period, or no notice period if Iqama or work permit expired

But during his notice period they can issue final exit.
