Expired Iqama but existing contract

Someone can give me answer please.

My iqama expired march 16 and I apply in one company then accept me but聽 my contract end on Sept 2024, Still I am paying my transfer or deduct to my salary and other debt from company.聽 Accommodation also paid by company.聽

What happen or what my company doing if I transfer to other company. Should I tell my previous sponsor that I am leaving and get a new job or what.

I am working as a Sales Executive, my salary is not enough, I ask adjustment salary but always saying no budget. if I close 8 contract no commission receive and also no free transportation.

While your Iqama is expired you can transfer to a new employer easily through Qiwa platform. Your present employer will not be notified about it.

Is it true. Because I only start working here in my company in聽 almost 6 months and my contract will end in feb next year..and I want to transfer in another company.. my iqama expired 4 days before..
