Go to the Minstry of Labor website. Here is the direct link:

Now enter your husband's iqama number (not yours) in the text box middle in the set of three.

Counting from left edge of the screen, click the second button labelled '亘丨孬'

See the color below in the result set.you'll see green, yellow, red or grey strip. That's the employer's company color in saudization (Nitaqat).
