Iqama - waiting notice to turn to green since many days!

Hi
I have already registered with SEC & my first fees paid by my sponsor
Now One message displayed in Profile that "the info is not updated by directorate General of passport" in yellow colour
and my HR team told me to wait until it turn in to green
I am waiting from last 18 days & also my second Fees of 750 SAR pending
Pls. guide in this matter

My聽 husband聽 facing聽 same problem .request for iqama聽 submitted聽 4 months back..by聽 my聽 sponsor...but聽 still聽 waiting for iqama..passport is going to expire聽 after聽 3wks聽 from聽 now..plz聽 guide...worrying聽 t貌o much.

I could not identify problem
In profile message shown in yellow colour as I have written back
And my sponser company HR told me to wait till it turns to Green indication
Also they have not paid my second bill of 750
So how much time I have to wait
And what should be the actual problem thats I want to clarify

Unfourenatly it may take several weeks based on how many points need to be achieved

Is there any way to check the progress other than the moi website, that only tells if its green or red etc

You can contact the MOI customer services by phone, however, most of the cases you will not find valuable information, if the situation is critical, the organization can pay money through system inside MOI to expedite the process
we did it before and 100% works
