What happens if your Kafeel/sponsor releases you ?

I was wondering what happens if your Kafeel/sponsor releases you? Can you stay within the Kingdom even if the your contract is finished already? Also, if your Iqama is transferable, how are you able to exit the Kingdom since your sponsor released you already? Do you have a list of companies who issues transferable Iqama?

sir i want to know
sir im trasfer to new company now i chek my akama in net. my transfer completed in minestry of labour not fineshd to ministry of interior sir if my company not trasfer ministry of interiour so what happen and that time who is my employer new or old.
also now who is my employer plz frndz help
