Time Saudi employment attach茅 take to sign the moh offer letter

Hi ,
I am specialist dentist from India. Attended Saudi moh interview in Delhi through an embassy approved agent in first week of聽 January 2018. I was given the offer letter on the same day . I signed the offer letter and gave it back to them.
My agent he sent my file to the moh and said that the offer letter will be confirmed only once the saudi employment attach茅 sign my offer letter. It's been 2 months now and my agent still waiting for the employment attach茅 sign.

My doubt is
1. Is the offer letter ,given ,on the day of the interview, without聽 employment attach茅 sign , just a provisional offer letter ?
2. Does employment attach茅 take this long time to sign the offer letter ? If yes , is this delay very common ?
3. Does this provisional offer letter get cancelled ? I heard , that, sometimes , vacancies will be only , say , 4 and they give offer letters to 6 doctors and finally only 4 doctors get selected in the end and signed by employment attach茅聽 .

Thank you so much聽 for replying. Yes, my field is different. Its medical field and offer is ministry offer. So the procedure will be different I guess. I heard it can take upto 6 months , for the employment attache to sign the offer letter. Wish some one who faced the same issue and with ministry offer could reply, as procedure will be almost the same

Dear Sir,hope you are doing well..
I appeared in MOH interview for Al Ahsa project on 26 August for the vacancy of specialist dentist..I was selected and was made to sign the offer letter there itself ..I was also told to get in touch with my agency for future updates..
Last week my agency made advised me to make affidavits and advised me to do HRD attestation..
Two days back my agency returned my affidavits and told the position for dentist is on hold ..the agency can now only process the documents for dentist position once the receive updates from the Saudi health authorities in Delhi ..the Saudi health commission will notify them when to start the processing of documents聽 for dentist ..
Kindly advise how to proceed and in your experience moving forward how much time I should wait..
Is it okay to wait and better to move forward and look for any other opportunity..
It was really upsetting since I believed that once I got the offer letter it was only a matter of time ..

In this case you should wait, and in your waiting look ather
opportunities because at this stage no body knows that the post is going to be unfreezed

Now a days Denstist Doctor Position is reserved聽 for Saudi Nationals in saudization program.

I think ministry cant get the visa .

Dear drrajan, i am also a specialist dentist selected for Al ahasa on 26 Aug at Cochin interview .聽 We finished all the attestation procedures and sent our documents to the registered agency . But no confirmation of the job till date. Could u please share me your contact details .
