i left for regular duty routine, but was shocked to see the side of my car hit and scratched. what shall i do?

Najm will help and make a report in your favor. As per your statement the car was just park somewhere and hit and scratched. Tell that to Najm agent when he arrive at your place.

I assume your car is covered with valid comprehensive insurance policy. You have valid driver license, iqama, and estimara.
