Transferring of Sponsorship from Father to Company/Establishment

Hi, Sid here,
I have reached the age limit (i.e.25) for staying under father's sponsorship.
Therefore, our family's iqama cannot be renewed untill I take transfer and currently it is expired over a month.
I tried with new Kafeel, we got signed paper from Jawazat but the kafeel wasn't successful in getting me released from my father's sponsorship.

I f anyone has any experience or could help in this matte please do let me know.
