If I transfer my iqama to other sponsor when my company is in red category.

Can I claim my rights end of services benefits from my company ex company?
And when company is in red can issue final exit visa?

As per New labor reforms, Red category company employee are not entitled for the transfer without employer consent.

Please share your experience.

Company cannot hold the ES benefits even employee gets transfer without employer permission.

These are way old reforms.
If your iqama is expired more than one month, you can get transfer.
Or
If your company is red or you do not get your salary for 3 months.

@Arsal7 my current employer is in red List now and I got another job and accepted a New contract from New employer by qiwa and Qiwa is displaying request pending for approval by current employer. Is this the way how it happens?
