Contracts Management is a very highly rated Profession throughout the world, with so many Projects requiring completion within KSA on or before 2030, it would be the ideal timing for International Companies apply training for Saudi women and men within the Contracts Position.

I would for a reputable International Project management company, our remit on every assignment is to transfer our knowledge to our local co workers. However, due to the KSA retirement age limit, I am unable to continue working within the Kingdom, to preform such needed duties.

Does anyone know of a legally compliant way that I can remain performing these task, as we are already noticeably experiencing the results and other Saudi National showing an expression of interest.
