Expat travel from Saudi to Thailand w/ layover transit thru New Delhi

Hello,

I have a ticket to go from Jeddah to Phuket, Thailand for a 2 week holiday beginning July 15, 2021; which is allowing expats to vacation without having to be in quarantine if you are fully vaccinated - beginning July 1st. I will have a single-exit re-entry visa from Saudi.

My concern is being able to re-enter Saudi Arabia if I am transiting through India, which is on the list of 20 banned countries.聽 I am not leaving the terminal area.

Can anyone offer any guidance?聽

Even if you pass in any of the travel ban country before聽 entering KSA you are not allowed this is what I understood it doesn't mention transit.
Recheck with the airlines.
