Cancellation of Qiwa Transfer after Acceptance

I had my Qiwa transfer request from my new employer on June 01 and have accepted the offer just only waiting the approval of my current employer end of this month. By the way, my current employer already agreed that they will approve the request on the day itself. I already resigned and its almost set to go by end of this month.

However, while waiting for that approval, a certain counter offer of my current employer to which I considered. My question is will it not affect the new employer's process? I mean if I will not push through of it anymore is it fine or shall I have to advice the new employer about changing my mind.

In my opinion, u can make any excuse to the new employer (u can say that old employer is going to deduct or asking huge amount). Get the request rejected through old employer and continue working there.
