Iquama transfer with expiry of contract .

Hi, my labour contract expires on December 2021 and my iquama is valid till Feb 2022 . My current employer is not ready to give me iquama transfer . Can I apply for iquama transfer without the approval of company if
1) the company terminates me before the expiry of contract period
2 ) after the expiry of contract period or should I wait till the expiry of iquama

Same situation I face and now I chanage a new company today, if your current employer don't give the transfer then you wait untill your iqama expiry,that time your work permit,iqama, contract are expired so that time your current employer sent transfer request thorough qiwa same time you can transfer your new company.

You can't do anything.
You need permission from the employer.
Only in 3 scenarios you can get the transfer without the permission.
If your iqama is expired more than 3 days.
If you did get your salary for 3 months straight.
If the Niqatat status of your company is RED.

Then you can get the transfer without permission but it can turn to yellow or green in seconds when the company pays its dues or taxes.
So, if that happens just 1 minute before you get the request on qiwa, you will not be able to get the transfer without permission.
