neutral, I would suggest you go to linkedin and do a search for ALJ and people working there.  Contact them and you'll be getting info straight from the horse's mouth!

@Alliecat- Thanks for your response and  suggestion and I have already used linkedin for this purpose but not many people being in common between my network and ALJ's employees I wasnt successful in contacting many of them, so wanted to cast my net wide by posting so as to get response from a larger audience.

And, many times people inside the place might not be best placed to offer advice on some aspects.

Wait a minute.. you don't have to have people in common.  All you have to do is say you are 'friends' (I consider it stretching the truth lol) and you can connect to whomever you want (well, as long as they accept).
