i dont think these might get that much attention as compared to a tattoo(this is just a hunch) but then again you can remove the earrings or any piercings before going to any public places .And coming to Heavy metal t-shirts ,yes it is true they might get you in some kind of trouble depending on the graphic nature .(The religious police warns the young adults from times to time ,not only about the graphical t-shirts but also regarding the whole attire is supposed to be "Culturally Modest").
. I also have many friends with Tattoos, but they only show it in places where they know that people will be Cool about it.
