Dear Sir,
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽I job in printing press as a graphic designer,聽 My aggrement & my Iqama expires at 18th of August 2014,聽 i dont want to renew my iqama, I want go back to pakistan in this month, but my kafeel cant give me my passport or Final exit, what i do for go back to pakistan without my kafeel interfere, please help me

Faisal,

You should contact the Pakistan Embassy and a telephone call from them to your employer should be sufficient to expedite the necessary.

Please leave your telephone number and email at my PM for further advise if you fell the problem persists.

Is there a REASON why your employeer can't or won't issue the final exit and return your passport; or is he just being arbitrary?

Contact your Embassy and explain your problem, they will either contact the employer and try to get your passport returned, or they will issue an emergency passport that will allow you to return home.

No there is no issue,聽聽but My Owner says if any employe come on ur post then u go,聽聽i give him a letter that i want go back to pakistan before 4 month but still no employ come,聽 now i go to pakistan in this month

Contact your Embassy, immediately and tell them what's going on. Also tell them that your employer seems to be keeping you there against your wishes. They will resolve the situation.

Contact your Embassy, they will help you. It looks almost like you're being held prisoner.

Hello members,

It is clear that this poor fellow is being kept hostage in Saudi Arabia, I am currently in the UK, will any of our old Pakistani friends intervene and liaise with the Pakistani High Commission and inform them about this case. I have tried lodging a complain by an email but so far there is no response.聽

Please help!!!!!!!!!!

My Boss Give me Final Exit,聽 But he cant give my passport, he says that after 2 months i go back to pakistan.聽聽But sir go back to pakistan now,聽 i dont want to stay 2 month,聽 is there my boss stop me here forcelly, please reply as soon as possible,聽聽he also cant give me my previous month salary & told me that my salary is stop by Maktab-e-Amal,聽聽is this possible
