Am not sure if pharmacys are even allowed to give you any drug especially one for anxiety without a doctors prescription. Anxiety attacks can mean a lot of things, and taking the wrong drug can lead to serious situations. I will suggest to go to a doctor and describe your situation and within a few minutes am sure the doctor will indeed prescribe the right drug for you.

They are also natural ways of fighting anxiety. Google "Natural Remedies of fighting anxiety". That could also help. We all do sometimes go through anxiety attacks, especially when working in another man's land.

or you can go to a specialist if you deem ok
