I remember my roommate did check his violation in an office because he had a complaint about his violation so the officer did show him the picture, the date and time and the fine!!!

until now! not really sure if the driver is in the picture!
If not, i guess the driver has the right to complain?!

they should get a professional photographer

@Seeker of Truth - as you say, the picture can be seen - if in case you have doubt...in case of the driver, they will show the picture of the driver if you have violations such as 'using your mobile while driving' or 'not wearing seat belts'...

A friend of mine got a violation notice from Traffic Dept. --- in its early implementation stages...guess what's the violation: "showing a dirty finger in front of the camera".

Yes, you *can* see the beauty snapshot taken if you file an objection and then bluntly refuse from accepting any non-pictorial evidences/explanations
