I don't know if in G眉lhane they serve coffee but most definitely it is a beautiful place to read a book.

There are many good places to drink your coffee and read your book. As Agnee mentioned, there are many places around Galata, but if you will tell me where do you live in exactly, I can offer you better places.

if u still interested u can visit SALT Galata library. it is in the streets of banks (banklar caddesi ) near karak枚y tramvay station
it an聽 amazing place to read a book and they served hot and cold beverages
