Traveling to Istanbul with a pet (kitten)

Hi everyone, I am planning to travel to Istanbul in the upcoming months. I鈥檓 taking my cat with me but I鈥檓 not sure what the process is. Is a titer test required ? I鈥檝e looked up where I live and a titer test takes upto 2 months and costs a lot, unfortunately. But by the time I鈥檒l travel my cat will have taken all the vaccines required. So would they let me in without the titer test ?
