Lung Scar and work visa

Hello, Can I obtain a work visa with a lung scar? I have a recommendation letter from a doctor in my home country. Is this recommendation valid in Dubai?

Above person is free from active pulmonary lesions.Serial CXRs show persistent healed scar RUZ with no new activity noted.

She is recommended for for employment.

Is this recommendation valid in Dubai or not?

@chocoberry772. No they will check everything here. Its not accepted from other country.

UAE doesn't give ANY weightage to ANY recommendation outside of UAE.聽 So forget about that.
