Hi,

Me and my wife (no kid yet) had been living here in UAE for almost 7 years now,. my wife visa is under my name (dependent visa). We are on abu dhabi visa but live and work here in dubai. Now we are planning to change visa to dubai but as per my heading she is suffering from an old TB scar issue. in Abu dhabi before we already pass the medical examination after we take series of test including sputum and regular checkups every 6months,. so i have few points to ask you guys as listed below.

1) Is my wife considered as new-visa applicant for dubai since we will cancel our visa in abudhabi?
2) Will DHA consider our tests and appointments (every 6 months) in Abu dhabi SEHA before..
3) Will my wife be ban and deported also here in dubai due to TB scar even in sponsor visa?
4) Will my work here in dubai can have an impact on her medical result since i work in construction industry?


I have read a lot of rules and topic pertaining to TB scar in UAE regions and i saw the new rules before that you can sponsor your wife here in Dubai with TB scar but need to test and follow-up checkups. We can live with this checkups but not getting ban / deported

Please kindly enlgihten me since im confuse. we are now planning to build a family here in dubai with dubai visa,.
