Al Raha gardens

Good evening,

I'm looking for people living in Al Raha gardens for information about life there. I have visited a 4B with private pool; the compound seems to me nice and green and I am very tempted to live there. Can you tell me if there are little shops, sport complex, bus or driver opportunities (because no car the first month) ? Easy to make friends ?
