Salary for Recruiter in Abu Dhabi

Hello everyone,

At the moment i am in negotiations with one big international company with offices in Abu Dhabi.

How much money should i ask with my 4 years of experience in HR or world Recruitment or Staffing

Company will provide:
- local transport
- accommodation allowance (accomodation assistance)
- relocation costs
- work visa
- company telephone

it all depends on what the housing allowance is.聽 a one bed apartment is going to cost 35000 per year out of town and 60000-100000 in town.
Transport should be 2000 minimum
Relocation costs 15000 minimum
Telephone should be fully paid local calls and company international.

for salary, a minimum of 8000 per month with your experience.

welcome to abu dhabi mate

i agree with giasi about the costs of accomedation and other stuff but i think u should go a bit higher on the basic salary than 8000 if possile

Thank you people for your deep explanation of the question that i have.

One more thing: I am planning to ask somwhere around 12000 - 14000 AED as a starting point of negotiations.

What do you mean about this?

Thank you for your info.

To be honest i have no experience with salaries or any benefits in UAE.

I can help you about this for any country around Europe or USA.

For each European country i know a lot of information in many fields, but UAE or Middle East is still unknown area for me.

I hope that soon i will gain experience in this part of the world.
