Living Expenses in Abu Dhabi 2020

Hello,

I am thinking to move to abu dhabi. I am trying to estimate how much would be the cost of living there. I have never been there before so I would be pleased if you let me know if my estimations are correct. I live a moderate life with my wife and 2 year old kid. I know housing can vary a lot so I left it out of my estimation. what I estimate (monthly) in AED is:

Spending here is totaly dependent on you but at starting it will cost more because of new place after that it become normal and less expensive,

well how much you spend depends on you and what you want to spend. Abudhabi is relatively cheap compared to dubai in terms of various expenses. I had lived there for 5 years before i moved back to dubai. Accommodation expense depends on which area and how you want to live. If you cook at home you can save & eating out regularly will be costly . It all depends on your discipline and how you manage your finances.
remember there are people managing with 30,000 monthly salary and also at the same time with 3,000 salary. It all depends on how you are disciplined
