It is quite small city. You can enjoy the sands and cruising...! What exactly are you doing there? I mean what are your interests...

quiet place.
lots or round-abouts.
traffic speed limited to 80 or 100.

Lots of villas with half the price in Dubai.
Some good school and colleges.
Parks, shooting clubs, sports clubs. NO beach but plenty of sands and hills.
